These terms provide general information for customers requesting design, printing, signage, branding, promotional gifts or social media marketing services from Star Links Advertising LLC.

Quotations and Approvals

Quotations are based on the specifications, quantities, artwork, sizes, materials and timelines shared by the customer. Production normally begins after artwork, quotation and job details are confirmed.

Artwork and Content

Customers are responsible for ensuring that supplied logos, images, brand assets, spelling, contact details and legal permissions are correct before approval.

Production and Installation

Production timelines depend on job complexity, material availability and approval speed. Installation requirements, access permissions and site readiness should be confirmed before scheduling.
